Warranty and Shipping Questions

  • Question:What is your return & exchange policy?

    Answer:We offer a satisfaction guarantee, so you can try our products with confidence.  If you are not completely satisfied with your MyComfortMD™ product, please contact us for a return or exchange authorization within 7 days of receiving your product. The product shall be shipped back to MyComfortMD within 7 days of receiving Return Authorization form. The customer is responsible for the cost incurred by shipping the product back to MyComfortMD with an additional 10% restocking fee. 

  • Question:How much does shipping cost?

    Answer:We offer FREE ground shipping within the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur standard shipping charges. For an additional expense, we do offer expedited shipping methods. These expedited shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.

  • Question:What are MyComfortMD™ products made of?

    Answer:The products that are offered on our website have been used within thousands of hospitals across the country for the past decade. All materials are medical-grade and are made with the highest quality materials- right here in the USA!

    Our products have been tested with hundreds of combinations of foam, memory foam, and fabrics.  Most of our products are made of an open cell, polyurethane foam. Our “Deluxe” product line is made of a high quality memory foam.  All materials are 100% latex-free.

  • Question:How long will it take my order to ship?

    Answer:Due to the sometimes urgent need for our products, we typically ship orders the same day.  Normal business hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm CST, any orders received after 3:00pm CST will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

    We ship all of our orders out of our main headquarters in Corcoran, MN via FedEx.  A ground shipment can take anywhere from 2-7 days from the shipment date depending on your location. Expedited shipments will arrive according to the interval requested.

  • Question:What if MyComfortMD™ products don’t work for me?

If you do not feel that MyComfortMD™ is the right solution for you, please contact us and we can begin the return authorization process.

  • Question:How do I use your products?

    Answer:Each product is unique in its application, and recommend consulting with your medical provider on the proper usage.  Included in each shipment is specific instructions on how to use your product, that is intended to be used as a general guide.
